Wordpress Task Manager need PHP >= 5.2.0 to work. I used this function to secure the data.

So please upgrade your PHP.
I activate the plugin with no error but nothing appear in the menu.
I’m gessing that you use Wordpress MU. The plugin isn’t compatible with it. Sorry.
