Take a look in the option page of the plugin to change how email are send.

Hi, I chanced upon this plugin when I was looking for a task plugin. This is an excellent plugin. May I submit a feature request / feedback here?
I am hosting a private group blog, and thought of implementing a shared task / todo list into the wordpress site. I currently have a list on a Google Site, which allows me to customize the list and enter fields that I want. I believe that would be an excellent feature if it’s included in this plug in.
For example, my list has 7 columns: Task Description, Raised By, Assigned To, Category, Priority, Complete By, and Completed Date. I know it’s a “full featured” list, which might not be needed by most people, but the point I’m trying to get across is that it is fully customizable and allows users to modify the list to their liking. You may wish to try out the list feature in Google Sites as reference.
Secondly, allowing users to add the list without redirecting them to the task manager page would be excellent. (Something like how Google has implemented Task in their Gmail)
Lastly, being able to add the task list not just as a dashboard widget, but also include it in the sidebar would be great. Like I’ve mentioned above, I am already hosting a private wordpress site, and login is required to even proceed to view the front page of the site. It would be an additional step for users if they first have to 1) Login, 2) Go to the Admin Panel in order to view the tasks. Having the task list on the sidebar would bring the functionality of this plugin to that of Google Tasks in Gmail, which I believe is a very popular feature that many users love and adopt.

I have thinking of all the feature that you ask for. But they are all too complicated for the plugin. This is a simple task manager, for very simple project. If you need all that, I think that you have to go to a real task manger system like basecamp or assembla.
I have no more time too add functionnality. I work on an other plugin for the moment. In the futur I will add all these function but I can’t tell the date.
Hi Thanks for the nice Plugin. What I do not get are the settings for the email-notification. even though i have set all on the notify mode, there are no emails at all. are there any seperate settings to be considered?
Did you ever get some email from your wordpress blog, like when a comment is post or a user register ?
